Here we are at Casa Preti again, 9 years later and the view from the dining roomvillage of Cagno where we just drove from next to Belfort castle ( previous post ) lots of apple orchards here town of Cles detail where we are heading up the valley to lake Tovel arrived at the lake, but first some lunch then after lunch we set out top walk around the lake and what a pretty lake with its incredible clarity and colourJacqui gets out the old trusty PentaxPic-nic orso bruno streaks beach on the other side just look at that clarity cascade impressive postcard so pretty be able to play noughts and crosses soon track lovely walk with impressive backdrop love this colour and clarity. You look downyou look up down, up, all so pretty and then you spot duckling cute under mumma duck watchful eye shake it cute the clarity of the water !! white beach so pretty but no one swimming ( yes, cold, not water monsters ) so pretty where the water comes gushing down in springtime love a dead tree as prop Italian love affair with the beach continuesx marks the spotwater coming out at the base of rock face walked to other side now, past halfway so see the beach from across the other side of the lake and the water fall just above it Lucia just look at the colour and clarity of the water ( maybe I should call this post clarity ) row anyone heading back to car now and on our way back down spot here and there to see the creek coming down from Lake Tovel nice little swimming hole
