Proud to announce my latest project; a collaboration with iconic Australian fashion brand MARCS and ARIA (Australian Record Industry Association). MARCS has launched 5 limited edition band t-shirts, all designed to support ARIA’s #UnitedByMusic campaign. Let’s support our home grown Aussie music!
Meet Samuel; a 24 year old digital entrepreneur from Sweden. Coming from the land of ABBA, I was curious to hear what a true Scandinavian had to say about music and supporting a band’s style. Samuel is wearing The Rubens band T-shirt by MARCS.
Do you remember your first band T-shirt?
– Yeah, it was a beautiful Mötley Crüe one – the coolest band that has ever lived.
What do you prefer, a live band or a DJ?
– A live band for sure. I love the festival vibe. Big crowds, everybody pumping and having a good time. A festival kind of becomes a sort of world in itself, rather than just one concert. It’s awesome.
What’s your all-time favourite band?
– It’s got to be Looptroop Rockers. You may not have heard of them, but they’re an awesome Swedish hip-hop group.
What makes a great band T-shirt?
– A cool logo. More bands should put a lot of focus into creating a cool logo. It’s good marketing for them! Also good street credit for whoever wears it.
