Well it's not so much a new beach, more me finding a new spot to go swimming at. It's a vacant plot of land on the road to the Dubai marina from Jumeirah, in between , what could only be described as palatial homes the size of football fields. I can't drive as close to the water's edge, as the sand gets too soft for my car. I'll probably come down later for a swim, the water looks so inviting, but have to dash to a meeting in 20mins.
